1. Service Description

CryptyX is an end-to-end encrypted messaging application. It enables users to communicate securely.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Sending spam
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Intellectual property infringement
• Distributing illegal content
• Misusing the service (bots, automation)

3. Service Continuity

We do not guarantee the service will be continuously available. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security updates, or technical issues.

4. Data and Content

• Your messages are transmitted end-to-end encrypted
• The server cannot access message contents
• Upon account deletion, all data is removed

5. Limitation of Liability

CryptyX and its team are not responsible for:

• Message loss due to network errors
• Issues with third-party push notification services
• Damage to your device or data loss
• Unauthorized access (if your password is compromised)

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding of CryptyX are protected by copyright. Copying, modifying, or redistributing without written permission is prohibited.

7. Modifications

We may modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the application means you accept the new terms.

8. Termination

The service or your account may be terminated at any time for good cause.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey, and disputes are subject to Turkish courts.
